How we work


Step 1 - Book your free market valuation

We will come out, look around your home and provide you with a valuation for your home using previous rental properties in the surrounding area. You can contact us by email, phone or using the contact us form

Step 2 - Let us Get to Work

We work work tirelessly to get your property up and running as quickly as possible. Taking fantastic pictures, a great property description, floorplans ready for your approval within 24/48 hours. Once approved these will be on Rightmove, Zoopla and our website the same day!

Step 3 - Lets Get Viewing

We will work relentlessly speaking to all our pre-registered tenants and inbound enquiries from rightmove and zoopla to book in as many viewings as possible. Until we have found someone who wants to take the property!

Step 4 - Wait for the money!

While we work hard vetting and checking the tenant out, you can sit back and relax knowing that the rent will be paid as soon as the tenant moves in!

Full vetting and referencing of potential tenants as standard

We love customers who come back to use us again and again, which is why we make sure we do as many checks as possible on your new tenant. We only want to provide you with the best quality tenants for your investment.

A bad tenant can be the difference between making thousands and losing thousands so we do our utmost to ensure you get high quality tenants. We speak to their employers to confirm their income, and their level of job security. We also obtain references from any previous landlords, asking them about rent arrears and the condition of the property they left behind, alongside a home visit to see how they live. As well as this we collect information on them from public records and any available historical data, for example CCJs, bankruptcies or insolvencies.

All of the above is carried out as standard with either our fully managed service or our let only package, because if you’re thinking of moving someone in, you need to know they will treat it like a home.
